• 감정 분석 데이터 (일별 감정 기록)
• 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그
• 결제 정보 (구독 플랜 선택 시, Polar.sh를 통해 처리)

2. AI 처리 및 제3자 서비스 공개

본 서비스는 AI 기술을 활용합니다. 사용자의 대화 내용은 아래 제3자 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다:

• OpenAI — 대화 응답 생성 및 감정 분석에 사용됩니다. OpenAI의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
• Supabase — 데이터베이스 및 인증 서비스. 대화 기록, 계정 정보가 저장됩니다.
• Google OAuth — 소셜 로그인 인증에 사용됩니다.
• Polar.sh — 구독 결제 처리에 사용됩니다.

3. AI 서비스 고지

본 서비스의 대화 상대는 인공지능(AI) 프로그램이며, 실제 사람이 아닙니다. AI가 생성하는 모든 응답은 자동으로 생성되며, 전문적인 심리 상담, 의료, 법률 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.

4. 이용 연령 제한

본 서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 18세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

대화 기록은 서비스 개선 및 AI 맥락 유지를 위해 보관됩니다. 계정 삭제 요청 시 모든 개인정보는 30일 이내 삭제됩니다. 삭제 요청: privacy@untamedai.me

• 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제 요청 권리

2. AI Processing & Third-Party Disclosure

This service uses AI technology. Your conversation content may be transmitted to the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — Used for generating conversation responses and emotional analysis. OpenAI's privacy policy applies.
• Supabase — Database and authentication service. Conversation history and account data are stored here.
• Google OAuth — Used for social login authentication.
• Polar.sh — Used for subscription payment processing.

3. AI Service Disclosure

The AI in this service is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) program, not a real person. All AI-generated responses are automated and do not constitute professional psychological counseling, medical, or legal advice.

4. Age Restriction

This service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the service.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Conversation history is retained to improve the service and maintain AI context. Upon account deletion request, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days. Request deletion at: privacy@untamedai.me

6. User Rights

• Right to access, correct, or delete personal information
• Right to withdraw consent for data processing
• Right to data portability (for EU GDPR users)
